Got a phonecall a few weeks back stating he was russel greenman from the sacs lodies etc so googled name and so****ing came up on as a different lawfirm so i took all the information, contacted the actial sacks lodies company and advised them what was going on..they never told me what happened after i contacted them..but today somebody named john called with a number of 52439799 and said that i need to go to court next week in los angeles and what time and place my court date was...i cant believe this so i tried to call teh number above and guess what it was disconected

someone called me on my cell phone. Only Partial phone number was showing 562-**-I did not answer since I've been getting calls every few days from this number. I checked my voice msg. some guy called himself John Franklin (I think that is what he said) attorney himself and he is calling from federal court of california.  regarding U.S. National Bank filed criminal chargesa***nst me. (I had unpaid outstanding checks at US National Bank several yrs ago) and I need to call him back @ 562-683-2553. I got scared & called # back several time throughout the day  but line was busy whole time. few days later I got a call from same guy. this time he left msg saying I need to return his call today otherwise he will (silence for few sec-seemed like he wanted to make a threat about the lawsuit but he caught himself)  and  he wish me good luck on my pending case & my credit score. I made his case more complicated by not returning his call for 2 weeks. No direct threat but the way he left the msg was somewhat intimidating. this time he left diff phone no. 562-683-2581. I called him back several timeswithin 3~4 hour period. A***n, line was busy and no option to leave msg.

A guy called my number saying he was from the federal court of california and that I needed to call him back because a case has been supposely download a***nist me. The call sounded like a scam and they haven't bother to send me anything by mail.

Received a call from 804-431-3725 and was told his name was Russell Greenman from Sacs, Glacier, Franklin, and Enlodies Law Firm located in LA, California.  When I googled this "company" nothing came up.  When I called the number back it said "for Spanish press 1 and for English press 2".   I press 2 and it said "please enter your card number".  What kind of s**t was this?  So then I call the number he gave me to reach him directly and it was 562-683-2581.  A man answers the phone with a lot of noise in the background and no one there is able to speak english clearly.  I had them spell the name of their company several times to make sure I had it correct.  The address of a "Federal Court" and where his office was as well is "1365 Chulo Vista in LA, California 92602."  Yes I asked the city and he stated in LA.  But when you google and look on a map of the zip code it came up for an Irvine, CA.  So either from all the questions I was asking this gentleman or maybe he is just fake and therefore I got the wrong information.  Then he could not provide me with specific dates as to when I suppose to have taken out a loan and gave me wrong info on myself.  I even looked back on my bank records and there was never any loan or the amount he stated deposited into my account.  If that was the case they would have automattically taken it out when the "contract" stated it was suppose to have happened.  No money was ever taken out of my account.  I wanted information about my "case" and he wouldn't give me any.  Also stating that I could have my attorney contact him to get the information.  I kept telling him that since he was able to get my phone number then he could get my address and send me information in the mail about this "lawsuit".  He kept saying an email address and that everything is done online and no information is exc****ed for online transactions.

Just got a call from them too!! Told them they had wrong number and to stop calling my f@#*in phone!!! They don't know when to stop!! They use different numbers and I can almost repeat word for word what they are gonna say! Can't even speak plain enough to understand them. Go back to your country, you fn **********, and quit trying to rip off hard working americans!! He didn't even give me a last name! Said his name was Paul! Come on now, Paul with that accent!!!??

Claims to be an attorney, got upset when Iask him questions, told me not to interrupt him a***n, so when Igot his phone number, from him and called him back, and asked to speak to his supervisor, he was really ****ed, he said, " why you calling me at my private number " he knew who I was.

These idiots are leaving me messages constantly several times a day. The latest was from Jennifer .?. from the  state .?. of California. And if my attorney did not call it would result in so****ing. All of their English is disgraceful and I am unable to understand. the # that showed up on my caller ID is 052439799. They only call my cell # and are being very annoying. You can hear others in the background saying the same spill. You know its all a scam. If they had any info on me at all they would have done so****ing already. And they always end with Good luck and God S***d. Who are these people.
