Don't give them a dime big time scam. They have been calling me off and on for months. I tell them I'm going to call the police and they leave me alone for a few months. Then they call a***n from a different number. They are really irritating and I have had it. I can't believe they can't be stopped there's got to be so****ing someone can do. Seriously don't pay them ANYTHING!!!!

I have ben recieving the same calls trying to claim to be a officer and telling me it's a time sensitive. Contacted the BBB and attorney genreal and was prutty much told they cant do anything because the people never call back or respond to the letters.I don't understand how they can keep harrassing people like this. Call my job and phone 20 times in a 10 minutes period, dial **** up but cant provide me with any information.

Receive a call from the above number.  Call came in from 1018.  Indian speaking man who I could barely understand.  Said he was Mark Williams from Department of Lawn and so****ing and it was a time sensitive matter.  Not calling him back based on information that I am reading here.  I will be calling Consumer Protection and BBB.

I have been receiving calls from this 'company' (or similar) regarding a payday loan I got from "Debt doctors" almost FOUR YEARS AGO. THEY ARE ILLEGAL, DONT PAY THEM A DIME! They have harassed me,threatened me, and yet I never get anything legit from a court! WHAT THE HECK?! I dont know how they are able to get away with harassing people. They literally call my work (the only number I wasn't able to 'c****e' to get them to stop harassing me), my boss has even yelled at them (they cuss him out too, not just me), and I would LOVE to sue the pants off these people. Its ridiculous! I have told them numerous times if this is a 'legit' claim, then to take me to court and we would settle it there.,do they? NO! This is so bogus and upsetting! They've literally called 5 or 6 times a day for a few weeks, then stop for months, then s**** it up a***n. I wrote a letter to the State Dept (ATTORNEY GENERAL) in FL (which is where I was told that they are located), and they replied to the Attrn Gnrl that I was mistaken, they only called me 'twice' and never did they curse at me.,Kinda funny because in that letter they called me another name (***l or so****ing), so I knew the letter they sent was a 'form' letter and someone missed it!IF ANYONE has ANY INFORMATION on these people, or company, please email me at [email protected] YOU

They have used the names John McClain, Rose Anderson(a female), Mark Williams, Patrick Sheehan, John Anderson, and a few more I can't remember. They have said they are from the legal department(but won't say what company it is), and the department of law and investigation. Do not fall for this!!!!

Got the call from office Sheehan, who has also called my references to tell them a lawsuit has been filed a***nst me for $4000 for a payday loan I supposedly received. They have all my information and have been calling using different names and phone numbers for two months. Every time I finally say this is a scam please don't call a***n, they come up with a different number and name ot harrass me. They have even yelled at my husband, my stepson's mom, and called my mother.

We would like to know why nothing is being done about these people!!!!!!!!!! I called for my son to get these people to stop calling & leaving him messages. They said they have a lawsuit a***nst his friend, so I told him to take my son's number off of his call list & he told me they would call 100 times more & ***g up on me.... what a crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got 4 calls today from an Officer Dennis and his supervisor Austin Jones badge number 32801. he knew my name half my address, my ss# and bank information. I have contacted a lawyer to further proceed with calling them but I am****uming they got my information from a website- be careful of giving out info online!!! I know that this is some kind of scam but the fact that they have my information I will be seeking legal action towards them. If anyone knows anymore information please post it. And I will be following up if a case can be built for this situation.

Got a call from some indian dude name dennis so****ing... talking about that he's a lawyer for this cash net... ****... I can hear other people in the background talking like in a call center...  the guy stated that I had received a loan back in march 09.. Told him I never applied for a payday loan in march.. so let's try this a***n... then I got ****ed cause dude just keep going around in circles... cussed him out ***g up... then called him back like 4 times... then he called me from a 615-724-7999 and asking me why do i keep calling back.. and i said cause your a scam and i will sue ur a** and file charges if you take money out of my account and ***g up...

Officer "David McCoy" called my job 3 days straight leaving the number 562-684-6333, demanding that I verify some information but I refused. I requested that he send me a copy of the affidavit, he refused a***n. I told him that I would have my attorney contact him & I ***g up. He called back a***n & was very irrate this time. He wanted me to answer some question so I refused & told him never to contact me at work a***n. That really got him upset, he s****ed going off. I told him my attorney would contact him & I ***g up.

I received a call from Officer Sheehan from the Dept. of Law and Investigation. My case # is CSI150781. What a fake!!! I've received about a dozen calls within the last week and am getting extremely sick of them. The number he called from showed up on my phone as 017 and the return number he gave me was 562-684-6333. It's all a fraud and don't let them scare you!

I recieved a call from theis "investigator" demanding a credit card number which he would not disclose the company he was calling about or other information.

Guy called me at work today and told me I was in serious trouble-I told him not to call me at work. He wanted to know when I would call back and I instead asked how the Department of Law and Investigation was. He began yelling at me saying I was in trouble and he was with the Federal Investigating Bureau. I tried to further question him and he refused to answer so I ***g up.

i just recieved the same phone call. the officer name is neil jackson fron new jersey. told me the same exact thing as everyone above. didnt believe them from the s****. told them arrest me and take me to court. they called a reference of mine also and they also new it was fake. i closed my checking acct. and c****ing my personal info as im typing. i called them back and "officer ***d williams" kept repeating the same thing over and over as if reading from a script. had my attorney on the phone too, they didnt want to talk with him or put their attorneys on the phone either. they ***g up on me.

I have also have been called many times by a man by the name of Mark Williams and acting like an officer for the Department of Law and Investigation. I just got done speaking to him and we got into an arguement, he threaten to call my work send officers to my job and come arrest me. I told him I knew about his scam and that the FBI was involved with the case and that he was going to jail, I proceeded to yell at him calling him every 4 letter word I shall not repeat here and he ***g up. "mark williams" called back and said"you motherf*****, I will call your work and have arrested" I said wow an officer calling me that well then come and get me you son of *****. He ***g up a***n. He called my work where my boss told him if he ever called a***n they would get him on a harra*****t charge. He then called my "refrences and threaten them but as luck would have it he called my girlfriend and I answered the phone and proceeded to scream some more and my other "reference" is in Thailand right so there really srewed if they call him. Point being don't fall for this scam and better yet don't ever apply for a PAY DAY LOAN because this is how they get your info in the first place.

INDIAN GUY THAT WAS VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND CALLED ME SAYING I OWNED CASH.NET MONEY FROM 2 YEARS AGO.FROM A LOAN THAT I DID NOT GET!.HE CLAIMED HE WAS AN OFFICER AND IF I DID NO PAY I WOULD BE GOING TO COURTOR THEYLL COME GET ME AT MY HOUSE IN 3 HOURS.HE WAS BY THE NAME OF AUSTIN.REPORT HIM TO THE FBI HOW I DID.CLOSE YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT.DO NOTBELIVE ANYTHING THAT HE SAYS IR BE AFRAID.IT IS A SCAM BY A ILLEGAL A**HOLE THAT CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH CORRECTLY.HE CAN'T GET A JOB SO HE HAS TO RIPOFF AMERICANS WITH ILLEGAL BUISNESS.

Ok so after doing research and finding out that this is a scam - I filed a complaint with the Texas State Attorney Generals office & the FTC online complaint department.  Then i called Mr. "officer mark williams" back - he answered the call but refused to admit whether he was "officer mark williams" or not - then said he wasn't in so I told him I only wanted to talk to him and he refused.  He asked me for my phone number & i told him he should know it bc he's been calling me daily & my name should be enough for him to connect the dots.  i told him i have done a lot of research on his phone number, name, and company & have found out that he is trying to scam people out of money that they do not owe & i don't appreciate him calling me for this reason.  he told me "it's not my problem".  I said oh yes it definately IS your problem and it's so much your problem that I've filed a complaint with... he then interrupted me to tell me to shut up - i told him he had his chance to speak on the numerous times he left messages for me so now he needs to listen BC now this is a "serious issue" on his end & he will have to "suffer the consequences" (as he put it to me on my messages) I told him I've read the ABC news report about the foreign men who are trying to scam scared consumers out of money illegally.  His response was to yell at me (and these are his exact words) "THEN WHY THE F**K DID YOU EVEN CALL BACK IF YOU KNEW ALL THAT?"  I then felt the need to scream back & tell him "SO YOU WILL STOP CALLING ME!"  I a***n gave him my name and told him to take me off of his little scammers list bc I wasn't giving him a dime - he a***n asked me for my number so I gave him my name only and told him since he thinks he's sooooooo smart, i'm sure he can put two and two together and figure it out.  Even if you don't do anything else - call him back and tell him you know he's a fake - I called him 3 days ago and haven't received another call since then at work or on my cell.  and here's the link to the ABC news story....http://abcnews.go.com/Business/story?id=5621205&page=1

i have recieved the same call as mentioned and threatened that i would be picked up and put in jail not sure exactly what he was saying cause i could hardly understand him says i recieved money but i have never beenpaid anything from any loan place he has my name ss number email address and everything about me help dont know what to do

This "officer Mark Williams" who is OBVIOUSLY not american since I could hardly understand a word he said - has called my cell # 4 times within the last 2 days - the first time he calls he leaves a msg & then calls right back and does not leave a msg - this happened 2 days in a row - there there is another guy who calls with the same exact accent but leaves a different name and number.  They both say I will "suffer the consequences" if I do not call back quickly.  I think this is from an OLD (several years ago) payday loan that I had already settled with another guy who called a few years back saying the same thing - i sent them $400 by western union after being harrassed at work with 12 phone calls in one day!  I asked if that would "settle" the account and be considered paid in full - at the time he said yes & I requested a letter stating such (which I never received) - after a week of not receiving it I could never get ahold of the guy a***n - now they are calling me a***n!?!?!?!  I refuse to send them anymore money & am about to dig out my W.U. receipt & file a complaint with the BBB & the AG office.

Have gotten several calls from Office Mark Williams at Office Law and Investgating.  Told me that if I did not call back in 2 to 3 hours with a credit card number he would sign the papers and have me picked up from my work and put in jail if I do not pay this.  I ask him for the name of the pay day loan company and all he would giv eme is Cash Net Marketing.  He said this comopany has about 100 of different companies that they are working for.  He could not give me the name of the laon company that I owe money to.

Same things mentioned as with number 559-533-0111, but they just switched call back numbers. Indian guy, hardly can understand him, says he is officer so and so but I swear the officers name has c****ed several times and its the same man calling.  He says he is with the dept of law investigation and that its a serious matter and I need to call him back immediately. I find it very amusing that all of a sudden the dept of law investigation c****es their number! He also called 4 times today and one time he messed up on the voice mail message and immediately called back!  Based on the comments posted on 559-533-0111 I believe its the same fraud and they switched to a new number because people caught on with the old one! I would beware!

Non English speaking guy - can't understand him.  Serious issue.  I think he said he works for the Dept of Law & Investigation.
