Sales call, I think. Automated message said "Hello, this is Heather with credit card services. There is no problem with your account, but it is urgent that you call us back immediately to discuss your eligibility to..." That's when I ***g up. I have only gotten a call from one of my credit card companies once, and they immediately identified themselves as calling from my credit card company, not just as "Credit card services."
