I am a Realtor, he called early, wanting to do a FaceTime call. He claims to live in Las Vegas, found my number in Realtor.com, said he was a cash buyer. It was strange his insistence to do a FaceTime call.

He called my mom who is a realtor in FL, from California very early in the morning and said he wanted to look for homes in Winter Park, FL. When told she didn't work in that area, he switched to her current location quickly with absolutely no knowledge of it. Red flag. Then demanded to switch to a facetime call. When she told no, he ***g up. Sounds like she dodged a sicko.
