RIGHT FRICKEN ON!  How are they paying these people to sit around and **** up on us when they're a charity anyway?  THey want to help the cause, quit the job and get a real one.   If they're volunteering, find a new hobby....

Caller ID says Iowa- we have answering ma****e but they **** up leaving no message. Calls frequently- almost every day- sometime 2 or 3 times per day.

caller ***g up when voice mail answered phone. I am on no-call list. I do not understand why NOTHING is being done to stop all the law breakers who call several times a week.

Calls almost everyday. Will not leave message and I don't answer unknown numbers.

I received a phone call from the same number. The man on the line said his name was Joseph. Joseph stated he needed to get some information from me about a check that I wrote to him. This seemed bizarre to me because i don't use checks, I don't even own any. He left me this message in my voice mail box. My advice would be to not offer any information to whom ever is calling from this number for your safety.

F.F.G****ociates is whom Joseph says is the company he is with. 1-866-443-6985 is the number he tells me that I can reach him at. The number on the caller Id is different from what the voice mail says it is. Caller ID says the number is 563-209-9353. The voice mail says the number is 618-248-3141. I received this call at 6:15pm today.

Got several calls from this number listing it as coming from Iowabut no one ever is on the line.

I programed one of my computers to call the number 9,999 times and fax them a message not two call my number.  I also set it to call only between 9am and 9pm their time.  I set not to **** up till a fax ma****e answers or 15 mins.  Then wait 3 minutes and call the number back.  I called the number from work and got a busy signal several times.  When I got through a very nice lady tried a sales pitch on me which would have made Billy Mays proud.  After I played with her for half an hour I said no thanks and don't call back.  Then I had few office mates call the number  and do the same thing.When I got home, the computer did send a fax.  They took 96 calls from my computer before they put a fax on to answer the call.  I called the number from home a told them if they ever call here a***n my responce would be overwhelming.I would suggest fight fire with fire.  CALL THEM BACK!  HAVE YOUR FRIENDS CALL THEM!  HAVE YOUR RELATIVES CALL THEM!  CHURCH MEMBERS CALL THEM!  TIE UP THEIR PHONE LINES.  Listen to there sales pitch then tell them not interested don't call back and **** up.

I have received numerous calls from this number. Usually when I answer no one responds to my "hello".   I actually had a woman to respond one time with, " Is John there ?" I said there is no one here by that name; to which she ***g the phone up.

I called the number back and spoke to a real person.  I explained that I was on the national do not call registry and the operator explained that it does not apply to charities.  He did say they maintain an internal do not call registry and he would put my number on it if they had my permission to call once a year to ask for donations.  We'll see what happens.

A**holes! My family lives in the 563 area code...don't make me think so****ing is wrong! Use an 800/888 number for your ****. And P.S. - I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!!

Got the same phone call as above from American Homeless Veteran's Fundraising while making diner this evening. The woman asked for my husband by name as though she knew him. I asked who she was and she began to aske for money as she knows that my husband gave in the past. I told her that I handle our finances and that we never gave to them. She began to tell me that she knew we would want to give a donation a***n this year and she could "set that up for me" by verifying some information. When I told her I'd like her to mail information out to me with the whatever address she had on file and she stated that they went "paperless" to save money for the veterans who have no homes. I indicated that I don't give out personal information over the phone and she quickly told me to look them up on-line then. I did look them up, and I don't trust them. Beware!

This lady calls and says she is from American Homeless Veteran's Fundraising Campaign. I politely tell her I am a Vet who was injured in a car accident and living on minimal income with Long Term Disability but getting ready to go back to work after 10 months of rehab. AND that I'm getting married in 2 weeks so I don't have any excess $ right now, especially for an organization I've never heard of. She begins to yell and swear at me that I'm a disgrace for not even offering $10! I then asked her to take my name and # off their list and that I was registered with the Federal Do Not Call Directory. She continues to throw ignorant comments interlaced with expletives. I a***n ask her to take me off the list. She relents, says "ok" and ****s up. I looked around on the internet and found a link to another site which had some similar comments to mine. Call from this number this morning answered ***ody was on the line and the caller ID only said IOWA several minutes later recieved a call from the same number same thing answered ***ody there then when I checked the caller id it said no data but then when I checked a***n it was the same IOWA phone number one at 10:45am and the otyher at 10:58am. I am on the Do Not Call list I wish people would respect the wishes of those of us who don not want to be bothered at home

563-209-9353 calls me in the middle of dinner consistently 5 days a week.   No one there.  Very strange and annoying at the same time.   IT REALLY ****S!

Been calling for weeks multiple times a day..**** up when I answer.  I had to call them back and they id themselves as homeless veterans and asked for money.  I told them I would send a pledge but the calls keep on coming.  They never leave a message. Driving us crazy.

Yeah, that may be who they are but talking to them and even giving them a pledge doesnt stop the frequent calls.I want to know how to stop them too. Driving my household crazy for weeks,.

This is ridiculous!!!!! Who are these people and why the***** do they call and **** up two or more times a day. How can I stop this madness?????  They s**** at eight in the morning and keep going on and on even on Sundays.  Any answers to my question on how to get them to STOP?
