received call but I didn't answer... they did not leave message

Received call, they left no message. Caller ID indicates it is from Iowa.

Fishing for bank info. Computer calls to say they will lower the interest rate on my existing credit card. I clicked through and was transfrerred to out of country to "Account Services" who repeated the same message. When I asked for which card they replied for my "Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CapitolOne, Sears card" and as I do not have two of the aforementioned cards I said "ah, you are just fishing for account information, please add me to your do not call.." CLICK! well, I tried. Total spam. Blocked for future attempts.
