This person calls himself Bernard Davis and he is a harrasing debt collector who has tried to pass himself off as a attorney. Well Mr. Davis (and I use that term lightly) who ever you are you have met your match and I have sent a complant to the Pa. Attorney General. I almost feel sorry for the guy, he harrases and torments people who are out of work and down on their luck. What a low life job! I would rather be out of work. Peace out!
