This person wrote to me on Reverb in response to one of my postings asking me to text them. I have numerous amps and guitars listed there. I did text them out of curiosity. They advised that they are from Philadelphia (number indicates northeast PA, closer to my house than Philadelphia by hours), and said they wanted my name and address to send me a check. I declined and offered to conduct the transaction via Reverb, but they never responded a***n. The number appears to be a s****ed number of someone looking to rob people within an hour of him. I worry that because of sites like this, because I texted him and he now has my real number while I have his fake one, he might be able to find out my address and rob me anyhow. Ugh.
