Messaged me from this number, calling herself Fran. Wanting to meet and needed some money. Clearly a scam.

She messaged me and we worked out a plan for meeting and getting to know each other. Not gonna go into detail but I ended up driving to Indianapolis to have her stop conversing with me about a block from her supposed address. It's clearly a front when I drive by and on top of that I'm out 200 bucks as well. It's my fault too
