This guy responded to my craigslist ad for an apartment in the middle of the adirondack mountains.  He claimed to be Dr. Frank Mario from Alberta Ca***a.  Awful bad grammer for a doc. He wanted to rent the place sight unseen even when I told him it was under renovation.  He claimed to have a 10 year old daughter and didn't ask me anything about the schools, near doctor... This guy really s****ed to stick when he told me that he couldn't send anything to my PO Box, and that he needed my home address.  He claimed to be in moving to the US, upstate NY in the middle of nowhere, and was going to work for the cheif executive of the Honeywell, Corp. in New Jersey, which is about a 6 hour drive from my apartments.  When I asked for the HR number for Honeywell so I could confirm his employment, he gave me 570-234-1135.

This ****er sent me check for $5990.00.. Then a email the same day I found it at my house... I will send this to the police...
