Keeps call my cell #. they won't leave a message. I do not answer unknown numbers.  Caller is listed as beening from PA.

The answer to the question asked is:Nbca   (National Bond And Collection****ociates, Inc*)   210 Division StKingston, PA  18704-2715(Scranton-Wilkes Barre, PA Metro Area)  Phone: (570) 287-6023  Website: www.nbccollect.com*  I looked up the initials and found some info out.  I called back the company and the person I spoke to said that they hadn't called my number in 6 months and I repeated everytime and call recorded on my caller ID.  You have the right to tell them that they have the wrong person and that they need to take your name and number off their list or you will contact an attorney.  They are practicing a***nst the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collections Practice Act) when they continue to call and do not leave a message as well as calling you back 48 hours after you have requested to be taken off the list due to the wrong information in their systems.  You must allow them 24 hours to take your information out of their system.

I didn't answer the 7 calls I received from them today, but they left a message once, asking for the parents of _______. (My 14 year old son) The caller id has the number listed along with "NBCA". The man calling asked for a callback to "Jason Thomas" at 287-6023, but didn't give an area code. They've been calling during the day when no one's home to answer the phone, but until today, haven't left any messages.
