Got the first voicemail yes****ay. Threatening, as everyone has previously stated. Noticed a call from the same number this morning. I'm glad I found this information so I can be proactive to stopping the problems. I can't understand how they can survive more than a day in this digital age. Law enforcement should be able to track them down in less than a few hours. Everything today can be traced!

Follow up on this...this foreign-accented b***h keeps calling on international and local numbers, even after I cussed the rajah out and ***g up on him. Very persistent, so just tell them the person is not there. Then the dope leaves this number to call back.

I got this too. Am seeking to block the # as they are threatening legal action. A guy with heavy Indian accent who claims he is "Richard Thomas."

This guy called me and identified himself as Jeromy Harrison from DFF, and they were proceeding with a fraud case with my SS# and banking number. I asked for them to email me or fax me proof of the charges and they asked if I had an attorney. I told them I did and gave them his number. They said they still need to talk to my boss and called back about 20 times harrasing all my co-worker and boss!! I still get occasional calls on my cell phone with "unknown" on the caller ID. When I answer they **** up!! These guys are scammers to the fullest and I had to close my bank account to protect myself!! All my co-workers were asking me all sorts of questions about who I owed money to ect...  Very embarassing and humiliating. The police should be avle to shut this kind of activity down by tracing the call don't you think?

These people have called me 4 times and my supervisor twice today.   They state I owe for a bogus payday loan that I never took out.  When I s**** quoting chapter and verse from the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, they act like I am speaking Greek.  The man that called me identified himself as Richard Thomas in his voicemails.  If he does not answer when you call back, the man who answers will only identify himself as Albert.  They pretend to be from some government agency with a warrant for my arrest if I don't pay them.  These men speak with very thick Arabic and Indian accents.  This number is an area of Pennsylvania under the jurisdiction of the Pennsylvania State Police instead of local law enforcement according to the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office.  Don't waste your time calling them initially, initiate a complaint through your local law enforcement agency.  Best of luck to all who are dealing with this s***.  Stay Tough and don't let the *******s intimidate you.  We got Bin Laden and we can get them too!!!

FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS, I HAVE BEEN GETTING THE SAME PHONE CALLS.  THEY KNOW ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION INCLUDING BANK INFORMATION, SOCIAL, WORK NUMBER AND CELL NUMBER.  THEY HAVE THREATEN TO TAKE ME TO COURT.  IF ANYONE GETS ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPANY OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE PLEASE PUBLISH TO THIS WEB SITE...THANKS

How do you get them to stop calling?

I also have recieved several calls from these guys. They have all my information including my ss# ALL my banking info. Called my employer, but my employer ***g up on them. They even left me a voice mail. " This is Zach Daniels from the legal department of Investigations DFF". I have notified the PA state police, and the FBI. The calls are coming from Washingtonville PA according to caller ID. These guys made threats to me and all I have. They know too much and must be stopped ASAP!!!!!!! I cant wait till the Feds get them. I would love to sit in court and watch them rot in federal prison.

What they are doing is illegal, there are all kinds of lawyers that advertise on this site and the cost are covered when the lawyer wins the debt collector has to pay you and your law firm!

They got my ss#, phone #, friends#'s, and employers #'s and are saying I've 24 counts of fraud a***nst them and if I don't pay up they are going to sue me and ruin my credit. It's a group of Nigerian scammers saying they're calling from a PA law office! They are****uming I'm going to pay them out of fear....I'm fighting back and you should too! This type of harassment is a financial ********* act and should be delt w/swiftly!

They scared the **** out of me saying i took out a cash advance, which i didn't... they had all of my information, SSN place of employment, drivers licence number, bank name, everything! I called my local police department and there was no warrant like the caller said.....that's great, however the face that some **** has all of my personal information.

Had the same experience except I carried on calling them back and abusing them, I then got other folks to call back and harass them, so they tried to get clever and had my numbered dialed by various sheriffs dept around the country the one gal that I spoke to said they are aware of this scam and she said when they get caught they are going to go by by for a long time, just hope when they are in the cell there buddy in the same cell will have more fun with them than I will cause if I get my hands on them I will ring there necks :)

Had a similar thing and he is threatening to take me to court when I called them back they got verbally abusive so just ***g up and warned them not to call me a***n.

Caller says he is calling from an oline fraud unit, states I have not paid a cash advance, has threatened to have me loose my job, my reputation, says he is trying to help me avoid a costly legal battle, he went as far as calling my supervisor
