Charged $11.89 to my debit card.  Fraud & reported to local police.

I found out a bit more.  Apparently this company uses Paypal as a repository, as does International Advertising****ociation of NY (Global).  Was there a Paypal leak???  No one will look into it....

I really feel sorry for this person,or person's involved in this crime...I would never have known that I was being robbed of $11.89 if I hadn't looked @ my bank statement... They will either pay me back in this life or the next!

I also was a victim of fraud by this very co. I reported my card stolen and hope i dont have to pay the 11.50. i have ben on several web sites and apparently thay are under investigation.

I have left this company numerous messages pertaining to a fraudulent charge to my account. I called their number of course they never answer they give you an email address for immediate response but 4 days later I still have heard nothing. In my opinion they are a bunch of crooks. In my case I am a single mother who lives paycheck to paycheck and although to most $11.49 may not seem like alot of money but it overdrew my account and now my bank has****cessed a NSF of $32.50. THEY ARE CROOKS

I too had a charge on my Visa from Synergy Design solutions 570-647-4165 on April 15, 2008, for $11.89.  As soon as I noticed it I called Visa and a rep from dispute resolutions credited my account.  I told him I thought it was a case of fraud and he seemed uninterested!

On April 15, 2008 a charge appeared on my credit card account from "SYNERGY DESIGN SOLUTIO 570-647-4165" for $12.79.I have had my card cancelled and am awaiting the replacement.

my credit card showed an unauthorized charge for 11.89 from synergy design studio with this phone #. i am reading the rest of the comments, and if this has anything to do with software, well i purchased a software from stevens creek 2 weeks before this fraudulent one showed up. i guess stevens creek might have leaked this info, or someone stole it???? i am getting a new card though....and the amount charged will be refunded to me. still, it's scary not knowing who stole my info.

Received an unauthorized charge on my MC for $11.89 with the same 1 570-647-4165 contact number, after being unable to get anything but recording I went online and discovered the name was Syngery Design and other had received the same. I immediately called MC and initiated a protest on the charge with them issuing a credit.

my bank refunded the $11.98 SYNERGY DESIGN SOL but only after I signed an affidavit and agreed to allow the bank to destroy my debit card...

sorry the $9.98 was from INTL ADVTG****N not INTL ADVG COOP, my bank never printed the $9.98 source, but gave me the abbreviation over the phone, then removed all reference to the $9.98 charge

$11.89 appeared on my checking account, about one week after a $9.98 charge was cancelled by my bank; the $9.98 was from INTL ADVG COOP and the $11.89 from SYNERGY DESIGN SOL 57064****5 NY

The same phone number (570-647-4165 NY), along with "Synergy Design Solutions" also showed up on an unauthorized charge to one of our employee's P-Card. He was charged $9.98. The MCC code belongs to software companies, but there were none with this exact name. However, when I did a reverse phone lookup, it showed Honesdale, PA, but no company name. My bank is treating this as a fraudulent charge and will credit my account.
