at my store we keep getting phone calls from this place, they never leave a msg & usually call before we are open. After doing some research (thank you sites like this) I was able to find out its some ****** narcotics donation thing.Since they are annoying I asked the guy if that was what it was for, he said yes, and I asked him to take us off his list, since we keep getting calls and will not donate to so****ing that isnt to trusthworthy. I told him there are plenty of sites do***enting this, and that it is some sort of scam. He obviously got ****ed and said he did not believe me and ***g up on *****ey are ****s, I hope they call a***n I will just burp into the phonealso if they are legit why do they just have "kingston pa" as they caller ID , not the organization's name?

They call our office ALL the time.  They try to trick the secretary into transferring the calls to the attorneys by using their first names.  Pain in the a**. Hope this works:1-800-891-5835

Telemarketing scam. The people may be polite or very rude.  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

A registered ( doesn't mean legit ) non profit. ( This is so they can avoid the DNC list of rules.) Check out the PA state Non profit register for more info. These clowns took in $750,000 last year. Over $400,000 spent on advertising, $100,000 for the "Directors" salary and less than 70,000 sent on "training" programs for officers. Where's the rest? This is NOT a government agency. It is a telemarketer operating under the guise of a non profit "helping" to train officers! WHAT? Legit officers get all their training from the state at taxpayers expense. The "Director" actually works for the Montgomery County Prosecutors Office as an investigator. They should be investigating him! When they call I tell them I'm not interested and they STILL keep calling so now I tell them to hold on while I get my credit card and then just lay the phone down. See how long they will wait before ****ing up. My personal best is 25 minutes! Don't waste your money. Your not helping any officers by donating to this scam. If you want to help, stick with KNOWN real organizations, Like your local police and fire widows fund or so****ing like the Hero Scholarship Fund that REALLY help officers and their families.

I got the call today from 570-763-4685. Same symptoms as the previous callers indicate. I followed Bill's advice his from May 15 post and we'll see how she goes. Thanks, This service is great.

These pests have called for a third straight day. I think they want a donation from the firemen.

I have finally gotten through to this number and with great results I have been removed from their records and should not be receiving anymore calls. For those who are receiving these calls still you can call 1-800-891-5835 and follow the prompts to have your number removed.  Before doing so make sure that your number is not blocked as they will repeat the number that you are calling from.

received numerous calls from this number and when i answer it there is no one there.  I have spoken with the provider of my telephone service to find out what can be done about this

They are the "Narcotics****n" looking for donations.  THIS IS A SCAM.  they will not stop calling my business.  They are RUDE too.

RXED CALL ON FRIDAY-27 MARCH 2009 AND SUNDAY-29 MARCH 2009

It's 12:30 pm here and this number called my cell phone.  I answered it; after I said*****o a couple of time, the person on the other end finally responded and then ***g up.  Seems kind of shady if it's an organization soliciting donations......

Called my business. Just breathed into the phone and then ***g up.***k****s.

Says "local" on caller ID. Didn't recognize number so I didn't bother answering. I appreciate our law enforcement, but they get enough funding from the state and from the local community... I can't donate to every single cause out there. Must pick and choose.

Called 7:24pm, Nov. 7th. I didn't pick up since this is a BUSINESS Line and this number is also on the nat'l do not call list.

These people keep calling all hours of the day. It is extremely annoying.

Called at 9:00pm, which to me is way to late to call someone's house especially when my 8 month old is sleeping. It was a recording stating that they were a narcotics****ociation asking for donations and to call some 800 number they list.

It's the Pennsylvania Narcotics Officer's****ociation calling to solicit contributions for their annual fundraising drive which is still underweigh

i called this number back and it said it was a narcotics****ociation thing, whatever that is and why it is calling me i don't know. it said that it wants members to join or so****ing. it keeps calling every day.

Received call Sa****ay 1/5/08.  Caller ID said Local Call.  I did not pickup because I didn't know the number and it wasn't local.  The answering ma****e picked up and the call made a loud noise than ***g up.

Got a call from this number at 8:45 a.m. on a Sa****ay morning.  I did not answer the phone, but they ***g up when the answering ma****e picked up.  Had to do *69 to find out who called ~ I will be getting "caller ID" and restricting it to only accept callers with an ID.
