He is very much a stalker and has always been very strange in the way he says what you want to hear or make you feel bad for him having a disability which he uses to get away with what he does to people he’s interested in. I would be very careful to have any contact other than if absolutely necessary. I was warned and I didn’t want to believe all the things people were saying and showed me proof that he was not a good friend/person. My neighbors out of respect for me they didn’t call the police on him because I pleaded with people that I’ve been living on the same street and we all look out for each other and so they wanted me know and see what he was doing every day on their home security cameras that which I was glad to see. Otherwise it’s very hard for anyone to believe what this guy is capable of, please don’t trust him for the sake of you and your family
