I spoke to them and they're a do not call service for a small number of companies that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. All they need is the caller's phone number to verify it's on their list and the receiving phone number to add to the do not call request list.

Scammer trying to sell lower energy rates by getting your PECO info. I have reported them to the Federal Do Not Call Registry. Don't give them any info. If you try asking them about their company they will become obnoxious and **** up on you.
