Same comment as Jenny. Obviously not a call worth responding to, even though it did concerne/frighten my wife who received the voicemail on her cell phone.

This was a robocall that I did not answer, but that played part of the recorded message in voicemail. It was a computer-generated female voice that threatened me with arrest if I didn't respond within 24 hours to whatever they were saying I did. The grammar was poor and the sentence structure obviously not of English origin. It could be frightening to someone who wasn't paying close attention.
