The call was from "political adv 571-283-***0" I let my answering ma****e take it and it was from Sheriff Arapaio in P***nix asking me to vote for his buddy.  It's time to cut these people off.

these people are connected with political campaigns... if you have caller ID, just don't answer the phone call instead of aggravating yourself!

Call came up on caller i.d. as political organization.  I screen my calls and picked up the phone to answer and then turned the phone off.  I pay extra for unlisted numbers and don't need this trash. How do thye get away with these calls when we all have the Do Not Call listings.

I had a missed call and called the # back with no response.

Mine was governer cjarlie crist in florida. Paid for by John McCain. Apparently its a automated political phone service that will phone a list of known active voters with your message.

Got an automated message stating that there was no 2008 Democratic Primary in Michigan, so everyone should vote in the Republican Primary, which is a complete and utter lie.  They used what sounded like a Governor Granholm sound-alike.  I'd kind of be curious who is funding this disinformation campaign...
