One of many spam callers this week. Rarely leave messages.

I called this number back, and the guy claimed to be from the IRS, had a very heavy accent. I told him that I do not believe him that he was from the IRS, he became very irate and made condescending ***ual comments!

Is a scam say they are IRS and there is a warrant for your arrest! If don't send money!
