I frequently get calls from this number. Answered once and got a recorded message selling diabetic supplies. Calling back, I get a recording message saying the the number is not in service. Googled the number and as expected, I'm not the only one getting these calls. Sometimes, I get calls on 571-963-3219. Some thief has hijacked these numbers.
Information above says this number is not a valid US number. So how can they use it?
