It is a "Fair Energy Rate Action Fund" I have no idea....dont care

Just got a call from this number on my fax line.  Must have been an automated call because it was connected for nearly a minute before the call disconnected.  If it was a live person on the other end, they would have gotten an earful listening to the scree****g of the fax modem.Called: 21 FEB 2001 at about 7:40 PM.
