Leave a CommentSame things as the other comments. 2 twin boys, ten year old daughter. Wanting to relocate from Jeff city to stl. Up to 1.8 mil in cash. Mentioned he was 6’4 so he needed “tall ceilings”. I asked how he found me and he said I just popped up but I’m on a team so right then I felt odd. Said his wife owned retail stores all over the country. Thankful I followed my intuition and kept digging.
He called saying he wants to buy a house in Joplin, MO up to 950k cash. Said he was 6’8 and made comments about his wife’s clothing business. Weird comments about his kids and wanting them to fit in, so he needs a pool. Set an appointment as well. FAST talker. Felt off about it, then found all this confirming my intuition lol

Said he and his wife, who was a famous entrepreneur, were moving to north metro Atlanta from Jefferson City with their 14 y.o. twin boys and 6th grade daughter to be close to grandparents. Said he'd be cash up to $1.6m but no home to sell because they want to be able to go "home for the holidays". Fast talker, thinks he's funny...not sure the point.
Same story as the others. Looking to move to KC from Michigan. Brought up name of local high school which was interesting and I looked the number and found this. Called him back and confronted him. Before he could **** up he got f****ered and said it was his brother’s number who was looking for a house 3 years ago. Wouldn’t answer after. Motive is unclear.
Called saying he wanted to buy a $2M house in Fairfield CT. LUNATIC! Stay away - **** UP!
Said he and his wife recently moved into our area and looking to invest $10M each. When I asked for further details and information he hung up. Upon calling back it went straight to voicemail. Very odd way to spend one's time prank calling or phishing for some sort of scam.
Told me the spelling of his name but in the email it is spelled differently. Said he wanted to buy a home but also said he was from JC, I lived in Jeff City for years and owned a biz there before real estate. Didn't add up. Also said his budget was 1.8 and saw a house in Florissant he liked (there are no 1.8 homes in Florissant)
BE CAREFUL - Very fast talker - Said he was relocating from Jefferson City, MO, wanted to buy a nice home in Milwaukee for $1MM, knew allll the right things to say, but set off the too-good-to-be-true alarms. His number tracks back to this Kevin Morrison on the *** offender registry (not verified, but it quacks like a duck).(https://www.mshp.dps.missouri.gov/CJ38/OffenderDetails?id=753350).
Claimed he was relocating and wanted me to help him buy a house in the St. Joseph or KC area. Said all of the things the other commenters have said...huge budget, twin boys, bla bla bla. Thought it was strange that he brought up the NAR lawsuit and "agency agreements."
Wants to buy a house in Clearwater and traveling on Oct 17th, even made an appointment.
much of the same as others have mentioned. he went silent after about 5 minutes of providing details on his real estate needs and plans. extravagant budget, odd comments, fast talker, and when i tried to call back got "voice mail full". Based on what ive discovered here must be a prankster.
Fast talking, looking to buy a home in the Savannah area. 1.4 to 1.6. So****ing off about this guy. Shared weird stuff like how tall he is and short his wife is. Searched his number and found all this.
Said his name was Travis Morrison...said he went to Purdue, but didn't know he was a Boiler. I called BS quickly....but let him fast talk. About his rich wife and 1.5 mil budget....told me what he didn't like in a home...wanted 3 beds 2 bath on northside of Indy. Such a load of horse****.
Said a bunch of odd stuff about being from kansas city and his wife owning a lot of fashion stores. Him being tall her being short. Calling to relocate relocate his family to Denver and buy a house... creepy

Real Estate Sammer
He's looking to buy a home for his family. Same story many kids, tall, can purchase up to 2.25 mil lol
He wanted to buy a house in Hudson, OHio - cash - $1.5 million. He is tall, two kids, etc. Fast talker - as noted in other. I looked him up - he lives in a $150,000 house and has three alias names.
Said he was calling to spend 850-950k cash on a home in Junction City, KS. Said he was going to be out here for the next month and was interested in what the 4th of July for his kids. Tried to make the phone call personal about his children.
Said his name was Mitch Davis, has 2 kids and wife just inherited a business in MN. Wife wants 10 mil house but he said 2 mil was fine. said he would be in town for a month. And to send listings to [email protected]. # belongs to a whole sale group so guessing they are fishing for #'s and emails? The whole phone convo seemed sketchy so before I did any work I googled and found this page.
Mitch Davis called asking if i as a realtor because he was looking to buy in Loma Linda for $5 million but his wife who's a doctor is probably looking in the $2.5 million. Only in my dreams i get that kind of call so i looked up his number and i was right. Hes probably up to no good.
Speaks very fast, says he's looking to move back to Missouri from Wisconsin with his wife Kailin and his 2 kids. Wants a 4 bed 3 bath home up to 2MM. Got a bad feeling from him.
Said he wants to buy a 5500 sf in the Portland ME area. Budget is $2.5M cash. Talked super fast.
Caller is from Oregon, currently living in Wisconsin, looking to move to ky. He is very tall, has two kids 9 & 7, wants a house in the county in a hill. Budget is 3M.
I got a call similar to the other calls. They have 3 kids now and plan to have 6 kids. They are moving to the Seattle area. He did not know exactly where his wife would be working. It all sounded su****ious.
Got a call saying he was looking for a 6k sq ft lake house in Madison, WI. Wife is a doctor and they will have6 kids….talked super fast and almost non coherent. Said he had cash. Would hardly let me speak.
Says he is moving from Jeff City to Columbia, wants to see homes between $750k-$1.25m with 4 bed/2 bath up to 5 acres. Has 2 kids. Sounded strange and I remembered a report from Lake Ozark for a similar name.
Says he is really tall and has 3-5 million to spend on a house. Talks very fast; says his wife is small and he has two sets of twins. Talks about how he's messed up in his life and kind of went off on a tangent. Called me last year and I took notes; randomly called me today and was insistent on seeing a house. A***n, went off on a tangent.
Same setup .. wife , 2 kids. Moving to Baton Rouge . Up to 2million . Had a su****ion.. then checked BeenVerified .. glad I did
Emailed my firm requesting information on our products. We put together an order for him and completed a compliance to place a $150k+ order. Did not answer the phone for three days, nor did he respond to emails. Four days later we called him a***n and someone answered the phone claiming to be his wife, said he would call us back the next morning. Next day, no call, blocked our number.
Found me by my Google business page. Said he's looking for a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 car garage house on 5 acres. Looking up to 1.5mil. Has 2 kids and a wife. Asked him to send proof of funds to my email and never did. Does not text back. Talks VERY quickly, but seems intelligent. Mentioned he does not have a job right now.
He called our real estate office and said he, his wife and 2 children, 7 and 9, were moving to Boise ID from Missouri. Said children were enrolled in parochial school (he knew the name of the school). There were some inconsistencies in his story and after I spoke with him one more time and he didn't respond to emails I realized he is a scammer.
He wants to relocate from Missouri to Ne***ska with his wife and two children who apparently drive him crazy and he is 6'11 and his wife is 4 ft 10. Want to answer the phone he was very upset that he says no agents ever answer their phone and they all sound like robots and he hates talking to robots. I think I'd like to call him up and tell him I hate talking to scammers who waste my time.
Looking to purchase a property out of state for cash in the Million dollar range. Never signed off on the agency disclosure. Seemed su****ious so I asked for positive ID. Said would text and never did.

Looking for a house 4 bed, 2 car garage on 5 acres. Between $500,000 and $1.2 million. Coming from Florida. Set up an appt to meet at the office. Gut feeling told me to be very cautious.
Claimed to be sear****g for real estate no more than 1.5 mil. His wife's (Lisa Fisher) grandma left her a house in California, they sold it so they want to pay cash for the new house. He has 2 kids. He's 6'11 and his wife is 4'10. He also said he lives in Jefferson City and used to live in Kansas City, MO.
Saying he is a home buyer with 2 children, says he is 6'11. Says he has 3-5 million in cash. Glad other people commented on this. It's scary that someone is doing this and might get in the car. I don't know his end game, but it's pretty creepy.
Real Estate office call. Same story as the others... super tall, moving from cali, wants big acreage, horse farm for daughter and would spend up to 2.5mil.
Same as below. Moving to Kansas City from Springfield area used to be in California. Two kids. 6’10, wife is 4’10.
Exact same details as listed below, Like every single one of those exact details. My dad always told me " son if it's too good to be true, it's probably not true. I'm glad I didn't waste any time on this guy. I don't know what the scam is but I could tell it was a lie which is why I searched the number before doing any work.
Called our real estate office. Wanted to buy a house, up to $4million, cash. Claimed he was coming in from out of town for a month to buy. Never showed to the appointment. Stopped answering our calls, texts, emails. Said he's really tall.
