I found this missed call on my cell phone at 6:23 p.m. 2/24/09.  No message, no voicemail.  Like the rest, I called back, rang and rang, no one answered.  I don't know this number at all!

I get a call from this number 24/7. I answer and noone says anything. All I hear is breathing and laughing. If it don't stop I will call the cops on them and Im serious too.
