They called my husband's phone leaving a message saying that we had a debt and they would be putting a lien on our house if we didn't contact them with a case number at some 866 number.

Called my sister and stated my name and address and that this was the first attempt of 2 to contact me concerning a case filed against my property with a complaint about said property address and of these 2 attempts it's to serve a notice of action pertaining a property investigation finalized against me for further information on the case or to change, and it's active service status. Then to call a 866 number referencing the case number immediately or it will result in legal action being taken against me and my property without further knowledge or consent and I've been notified.
