I got the same IRS message five times.
Not the IRS. Get the number they called from and the number they asked you to call, but don't call them. Report it to: https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml
Very unconvincing recorded robo-call says, "the IRS intends to file a lawsuit a***nst......YOU.....please call our offices at *******-****." They don't even say and name just a long pause then "YOU" in a different recorded voice. LOL ! DON'T call them back ! Report it to https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/blog/my-very-own-irs-imposter-call
