Your factory warranty has expired. I get it on my cell and home phone and i am on the do not call period list.

As for what everyone else is saying I am getting the same call at my home and work! This is frustrating and I want it to stop! I am on the do not call list but obviously it isn't working.

We are a public high school and are ****arded weekly with these calls - we have repeatedly asked to have our phone number taken off their "list", but nothing seems to help. I was just made fun of by a representative of their company when I asked them to please take our phone number off their list, then he ***g up on me.

i have received now about 45 phonecalls from them, threatened them with being on a non calling list since 2005 and i believe the fine is about 3000.- today i pressed to speak with a rep and he asks me what car and year, i told him "You tell me because i'm curious what car you are talking about!! Calling me and than asking me what car!! he ***g up!! So****ing should be done about this!!

I am getting very tired of getting car warranty calls I have 4 phone numbers and that is not proper to call me I **** up. but when you have a home business that is phone calls. I want all of these calls to stop. I have told them about every month and then they s**** it a***n.

keep getting calls. on the do not call list and I press the ****on to be taken off of their list. even when I tried pushing a ****on to find out about it, which I do not want, no one came on the phone.

I keep getting phone calls from this number at inopportune times, and when I call back, it says the number is disconnected. When I answer, it asks me about a car warranty that is about to expire, though I do not even own a car.

Got a call about a warranty when my car has been out of warranty for 3 years!!!!

I do not know who this person is. I believe it is regarding extending our warrenty on our car. They were calling me at work, and finally stopped, now they are calling my cell phone.

S****s as recorded voice. Advised warranty on my vehicle will soon expire and this will be the last call before closing the file on my vehicle, and to hold for customer service person. Tony then picks up and says company name is "Warranty Services Inc. Tucson Arizona. When I prompt for physical address, he states" this is an outgoing call center" When I ask to speak with his supervisor, he says "hold on" then ****s up.

Automated voice system claimed my car's warranty was expiring soon and should contact them regarding purchasing an extended warranty. "Press 1 to speak to a representative. Press 2 to be removed from the list." I pressed 1, because I wanted to get more information for an FCC complaint, but the caller terminated the call.

the numbers are s****ed.  W***ver the number is listed to isn't who is calling you.  They're scammers and liars.  The FCC, phone corporations and the police can't seem to find a way to shut them down because they can't track them.  I don't know anyone who would fall for this garbage.

I just got my 3rd call from these people.  I spoke with Matt, and asked to speak to his supervisor.  He told me he was not allowed to do that, and ***g up on me.

I've been gettin the same warranty calls to my cellphone.  Does this **** charge me for whereever 580 area code is from???I tried to get verizon to block the number, they said it's a new feature they just came out with and they want tocharge me $4.99 extra a month.  If it's not one **** ripping you off it's another.Hmm, their service came out the same time I s****ed getting calls from 3 different BS places......

I just got a call from these people and then when you press 1 and while for a bit you are connected to call center. The girl claimed to be in P***nix Arizona. They claim to be representing a company called warranty services. When I informed her that there is no such company and that they are calling from bogus numbers and that they are calling people on the do not call list she said sounds like a good thing to her. She also did not seem to be bothered when I told her that they were breaking the law. Then when I asked to speak to her manager they played made a really loud noise in the phone (human voice pretending to be a phone) and then the so called manager acted like he could not hear me and ***g up.

i had a missed call to my cell from 580 233 2293 and tried back immediately, got msg. as disconnected the service. TO whom I should complain regarding this spam call.

Got this one too .. ****s .. This is about the 15th time I've got the "This is your 2nd and last notice" call .. They keep calling my cell phone and while it's just a minute of cell usage .. it's a pain

Just got the same thing.  I think this is the 3rd time they have called...the first time I told them I bought the extended warranty and the guy promptly ended the call.  The second time they called, it transferred to a disconnected number.  This time, I just ***g up.
