She said she had a certified package about the size of a paper to be delivered to me but due to COVID they had to do a courtesy call. She gave me a file number a number to call to get more information regarding the letter. Called number 855-958-4270 and John Beck answered saying he needed the last four of my social and an email to verify it was me. SCAM!

Said she was from ERM Emergency Risk Management. Stated I owed money to Ace Cash Loans back in 2015. Had last 3 digits of my bank account! Said they were going to withdraw the settlement amount??? Why would a ERM company??? Be contacting me about an outstanding debt...which I do not owe? Do not know what she is talking about? I don't owe anyone any money! SCAM!!!
