My husband and I own prepaid cell phones and he continues to receive an automated message about refinancing mortgages, (which we don't have) and when prompted we press 1 (the only choice) and the call is disconnected. The number varies but the message is the same. Each time they call it costs us money even when we don't pick up. I can not find a way to block the calls or contact them (if you call the number it says it is disconnected).Just annoying.
