Just to let everyone know, it IS some out-of-country agency [either mexico or britain, i would guess, but it isn't from here] and they just use a number from my area [sw oklahoma]. We had an artical about out-of-country businesses like this using numbers from the country [in particularly my area] numbers in the towns paper.

I got a call from this number on Halloween at 12:00 pm exactaly.

Unknown number, no message.

I rcvd a call from this unknown number and no one left a message.
