Told him he's a fraud and not to call a***n. This number had called me 14 times and I finally answered to tell them to stop calling.

Suspected Scam Call - Caller claimed to be calling on behalf of the U.S. Government Department of Health and Human Services... He had a heavy foreign accent and was difficult to understand.. I had to ask him to repeat what he was telling me twice... which he did.. But then he quickly disconnected the call when I asked him to standby on the line while I verified that the number he called me from was indeed a valid U.S. Gov. phone number...
