he has called my wife several times. he claims he is with some united collection agency. he does not know the law and needs to be shut down before he learns it. this # is a personal cell phone for him. i called it and he answered. then he called me back and threatened to have me arrested if i ever called this # a***n. he did tell me that he is in new york, new york. please contact your local police departments and file complaints. the only way they can or will do anything is if enough people complain and they can gather enough info on him. call your local attorney general to get a copy of the laws about phone harrasmment so you can protect yourselves.

I received 2 phones calls right in a row from the same person a Nick Johnson who I couldn't understand. He says I owe for a payday loan and had all my information. Also told me I needed to go to court on Monday without any papers and to bring my 2 references with me. I have paid this along time ago and even on July 10 they took money from my checking account. Beware this guy is a huge scam and has NO idea about the law...
