i also received the same exact call from this sam watson with harrison law firm saying the same exact thing he also got money from my account and calls my work constantly trying to get information. if you get a call from this foreign sounding guy do not give him any information.

I got this threating phone call from a guy (had a foreign accent) telling me that I was being sued.  He told me that if I did not pay that I would go to jail and possible loose my job.  He also proceeded to tell me that if I had decided to fight the lawsuit and get an attorney it would cost me over $18,000.  So ****** me gave them my information that they wanted.  A Sam Watson from phone #585-250-8854 s****ed calling my work, I work swing shift so he was speaking with my day person that I share a desk with giving her my personal information.  This is so wrong, what is wrong with people these days.  I hope they catch these horrible people and they go to jail for a very very long time.......

I spoke with the actual Jim Harrison of Harrison Law Firm today. I did a little research and found him number easily with a simple Google search.According to Mr. Harrison, the callers from 585-250-8854 are indeed a scam. He actively has an open case a***nst them for fraud. He has requested that I file a formal complaint with the New York Attorney General's office as well as with my own State Attorney General's Office which I have done. I had applied for an online loan last month, (4/2011) and I s****ed getting telephone threats from different groups of people who claimed to be working for different law firms 2 weeks after my online loan application. The first call I received was from an Eric Watson, Justin Watson, Sean Tyler and a John Peterson, that I owed a Harrison Law Firm $989.70 on 253-236-6030, and a 585-250-8854. I did receive an online loan but I was unsure of the exact company that loaned the money to me because I got 5 lenders all at once. I Paid the $989.70 on 4/29/11 via my Debit Card. The next week I got a call from a Jack from Bakers and Mckenzie law firm on 714-876-6739 that I owed $1,286.87 to the law firm. I paid $400 to Jack, and then I got a call from a Daniel Marshall, an Andy, and a ***t on 760-592-8566, and a 259-253-8891 claiming to be from Oak View law firm stating that I owed $896.36 and that Eric Watson, Justin Watson, and Sean Tyler, as well as Jack, were all a fraud. Andy had me google the phone number provided by Eric Watson, Justin Watson, and Sean Tyler which came up as a fraud. I then decided to google the phone number provided to me by Jack which was also a fraud. I googled the phone number that Andy, Daniel Marshall, and ***t provided to me but did not find anything, but I read a person's post from the Harrison Law Firm scandal, of being threated for loan repayment by a John Smith from Oak View Law Firm. Andy had told me to inform my bank so that my money could be refunded. I did. My bank gave me the phone numbers listed on my bank statement, (which were different from the phone numbers that were given to me by Eric Watson, Justin Watson, and sean Tyler, as well as from Jack) to call and request a refund. Jack refunded the money, but Eric Wtson, Justin Watson, and Sean Tyler, from Harrison Law Firm did not, stating that they would send me a letter showing that I paid, and that my case was closed. My bank has filed a claim a***nst them. Andy, Daniel  Marshall, ***t, and later a Ricky called me twice about my so called case. I called the Iowa Legal Aide and I was given the Attorney General's phone number, (Tom Miller) and the Consumer Protection phone number. I spoke with a Marc Wallin, (the Investigator) who took my information and provided me with this website. I googled the real Oak View Law Firm and discovered that Andy, Daniel Marshall, and ***t do not work there. I called Andy, Daniel Marshall, and ***t to inform them of this knowledge, and that they would have to speak with my lawyer. Andy then c****ed the name from Oak View Law Firm, to Clark's law firm and stated that I had to talk to Ricky. Ricky told me that they would put the loan on my Credit Report and ***g up on me. All groups of people from the different law firm had Middle East Accents. I have now reported this case to the FBI, and FTC. My advice to anyone being scammed is to get a lawyer as the scammers are scared of lawyers. If you can't afford a lawyer, call Iowa Legal Aide and a lawyer within your income ***cket would be provided to you.
