Left this text message “ Why didn't you come to our friend's get-together?”

I had the same number that left me a voice saying that their from publishing clearing house and I won 1.7 million dollars. They’re asking to call them back.

Voicemail says I have won $1.7 million by placing 3rd in Publishers Clearing House . Caller claims he is from Publishers Clearing House and requests a call back. I have not received an official letter from Publishers Clearing House. I believe this phone number is a scam.
