The number is linked to Pioneer Credit Recovery based in Perry New York a Sallie Mae collection company also deals with capital one credit cards. It's a dialer that is calling you and if you want to speak with someone you have to hold a few seconds and they will pick up. These people are very nice most of them live in Mt. Morris New York, Warsaw New York, Perry New York or Geneseo New York. If you identify that you know the local areas they will not call on the debit anymore per their companies employee privacy policies.
