Do not bother with these people. Legally there is nothing they can do unless there is a balance of over $5000. They can not threaten you with jail time, because that is highly illegal. Anyway, there is no BCI, just so everyone knows. There from Iraq or some bs like that. The number is based out of NY, but from there idk where it goes to. They are people that buy your information from CC companies, and other places online ect. Anyway, just ignore these people, if you have to then report them to your local athorities. :) Have a good day.

I AM GETTING THE SAME NUMBER AND SHE TOLD ME SHE WILL CONTIUNE TO DISRUPT ME AT WORK AND AT HOME UNTIL I TALK TO HER.

I just listened to a voice mail from a man with a very thick accent, he left this number and said he was calling from the BCI (Bureau of Criminal Investigation) and my sister was being investigated.  Now, if my sister was being criminally investigated, I would be the first to know.  I just called her and she said she got the same call and was told she could lose her job if she did not call back. What the heck is going on here?  We called the local police dept. and they say there is no such thing as the BCI, so I am confused.  I do not want to be told that it is my "m**** obligation" to call someone back.

They have done this with my cousin as well.  He was called last night and told that they would be suing him for $10,000 due to a payday loan that was not collected.  They used intimidation tactics and when we called back on speakerphone to request information about the debt, it was very difficult to get straight forward answers about why the amount they show outstanding was so large.  I caution anyone.

Just had them leave a message at my work number claiming it was legal charges a***nst me and that I needed to call them. Unless they are an attorney or a someone in law enforcement they can kiss my ***.    If they are a collection agency they can not by law threaten you with jail time.  Only thing they can do is take you to court for the money.

They said I owed lots money I would go to jail if I didn't pay them

Company is called BCI - Say they are a legal dept. but they are trying to get someone to pay a bill... I think... Very Rude........
