Want to buy my house. Had my correct and address! very sophisticated.

Used my name. Said "My name is Kayla and I'm in real estate in the Rochester area...I wanted to see if you'd consider an offer for your home?" I got three messages (I keep ignoring them - but will block now). First one 2/24/24, then 4/12/2024, then yes****ay 6/6/24

Said my name and that she was interested in buying my house. (I see the difference is she also used some of these other people's addresses. I do not own a house so no address was used)

Identified herself as Kayla. Used my first name in salutation. Said she is in real estate in my home area. Asked if I would consider an offer for my home.
