today 4/19/2011, i recieved a call from 5853318541, they claimed i ws going to be arrested for a payday loan tomorrow and that i would have to 8000.00 etc. the guy said his name was john from terrace law firms. when i asked for the payday/cash loan number he said he would be glad to **** up and could not give that info. Im sure this is a scam but whats really frightening is that they had all of my personal information...what can i do?

i got a call on my voicemail say that i someone would be sent to my employment to arrest me. so i call back and asked what were the charges( : I said i prefer to just go to court and they ***g up
