I received the same call today. He must not have been taken care of because he is still calling people. My attorney threatened to call the attorney general on him so we will see what comes of it. I am also filing a report with my local police department as well

got a call stating that they are calling from the law office of john smith. I gave them my lawyers information and told them not to call a***n.

This isnt right i just received one of these calls as well... we should be able to do so****ing and take legal action a***nst them!

I received the same call today, talked to the gentlemen and he had all of my personal information, dr. license #, address,  bank account information....social security number and home address.  He stated that he was with the FBI and that I had committed FDIC fraud etc.  I have contacted the local police and the FBI....the agent requested that I respond to this post and request that you report the offense to www.ic3.gov so that they can track this activity.  I have since closed all accounts.

got a call at my work, reverse searched online and it is acc national telecom corp in new york.  the voice was very indian dialect, and was threatening me with legal action, but would not say what the issue was - cannot return call as it is only a busy signal
