ID is given as Professional AC, a supposedly unpublished number from Spencerport, NY.  However I'm not certain this is their correct info.Received 2nd call from this place.   Reiterated I have never heard of the person they are looking for.  This has been my phone number for 30 years, therefore it is up to them to find a current number for w***ver they are looking for.  They sound like they are debt collectors or so****ing.  Obviously they aren't very good at their job.Suggested they not call a***n.

I recived a call from these guys about 2 weeks ago. they were looking for some one who I have never herd of. The caller, His name was Mike James,he insisted I knew who he was talking about. after about 2 mins of arguing with this James guy i ***g up the phone. He then called back 2 days later asking for the same person, and the address that that person lives at. I****ured him A***N that person he was looking for does not live at this residence. and asked him not to call a***n, and I ***g up the phone. If i get another call from this agency, I am Reporting them to the BBB FCC and attorney general for bad business practices and harassment.

they are calling here for people we don't know and they don't even know the last name of the person they are calling for. We are a non-profit org. employee are NOT allowed personal calls here!

Received a call from this number last night at 8:30.  Had no idea who it was and informed him the person he was looking for wasn't available (which she wasn't).  Called a***n this morning at 9:30 and I didn't answer it.  He wouldn't tell me last night who he was or where he was calling from.  I want to report them - does anyone know what the name of this so-called agency is?

These people at this collection agency are Very Very Rude. they treat people like ants. this company needs to be looked at by the atterny general. if they cont6act you. dont talk to them. contact your lawyer or debt consolidators and have them work with these people. dont waste your time or money on the phone with these guys. they are s*** !

This is a call center located in brockport. Collection agency buying up debt from companies that could be 20 years old and trying to reestablish collection process.
