It's Sallie Mae.  "routine call to update your address and info".

Yes, it is Sallie Mae.  But it is not necessarily for unpaid debts or loans.  We have a loan serviced by them and they call incessantly only to confirm our address, phone numbers, etc.  My advice though is to inform them to send out a mailer that you can use to c****e any pertinent information on your account or provide you with Online secure login to do the same.  Just because they SAY they are Sallie Mae...Also do not just call any number left on your voice mail.  Instead login securely to their Online portal and contact them that way.  It's far more secure that way.

Same here its 10:30 in the morning and i've received 4 calls already from them
