This number called my cell on 11/15/11 and left a partial message. Irritatin', ain't it?

I got a call from this number while in the dentist chair!! Please! Spare me! I thought it was a friend from the same area code, but he doesn't have my cell number.

This system ****s...I am tired of this! can't they do so****ing to clean this up! Not every one has free cell phone coverage.
