Real high class credit recovery people... I remain unclear regarding the righteous at***ude that is conveyed...

This is Bob Koepf, the debt collector who called you, Jim. Imagine my surprise when my wife calls me and tells me that when she googled my name your comment came up. It is too bad you didn't leave your last name with your comment so people who read it can know exactly how ignorant you are. I really do not appreciate you posting my parents information on this site, as if they have anything to do with the fact that you are too irresponsible to pay your debt and think you need to be "clever" by getting back at me. I am no longer affiliated with PCR, but thought I would let you people know a few things about debt collection. First, it is PERFECTLY LEGAL to call a person at their workplace for the purpose of collecting an unpaid debt. Second, calling multiple times is not harassment, it is simply necessary because people like Jim refuse to cooperate or bother with paying back their obligations. My advice to you all is to answer the phone and listen to what the person on the other end has to say, chances are they can help you out, that is if you are interested in paying off your debt. Jim, my advice to you is to grow up and instead of spending your time figuring out ways to humiliate those who are trying to help you, try listening to them.(and don't worry if the words they use are too big for you to understand they should be able to dumb it down for you).

I teach at a school. PCR constantly calls my classroom 3-5 times a day. Another teacher is closer to the phone and it interrupts his classroom. I have just been suspended from work for recieving these phone calls. These PEOPLE NEED TO STOP THE HARASSMENT. Don't they know that honey attracts more flies than vinegar. If people are in a bind, as they probably are if they can't pay their loan, they are human beings, and just because they are behind does not mean it gives PCR the right to a.) treat them like idiots b.) be inhumane with them c.) yell at them d.) incessently call them at work to the point they get suspended. PCR Pioneer Credit Recovery, you need to learn more humane and suitable ways to communicate with people.

this is pioneer credit recovery. They collect on defaulted student loans. if you pick up and no one is there wait a minute and someone will be there, the call through a computer system and it's got a lot of bugs, that is one of them.Either you owe a debt or you know someone who does. If they don't leave messages then they probably aren't sure if its the person they are looking for. 3rd party disclosure is illegal so they wouldn't leave a message at the risk of breaking the law. just answer your phone chances are you're just a refrence.

wow jim seems to me if you werent a dumb ******* you shouldnt have a problem with pcr calling you trying to get the governments money back. let me guess you grew up down south or had ******s for parents cuz this is very amusing. all of you on this website thinking pcr is a scamming company and you go and locate someone that works for the company who is just doing their job and you put his info on the internet?!?! you are such a loser. pay your bill or just cooperate with people and you wouldnt have a problem. i certainly hope your children arent as dumb as you but they probably are.

These people keeping calling my job and I told this woman that I don't owe any money and they need to correct it in their systems. Yes she and the other man are ****s.

I don't know why these people are calling me at work?  This is ridicoulus!  I'd like them to stoppo calling me.  I have nothing to do with this company, which I have looked them up and they have a lots of complaints from thousands of people.

found this number on my caller ID several times , but never any message left. I'm not going to return a call especially long distance if I don't know what or who I'm calling. Why don't they just leave me a message?

The company is called Pinoneer Financial, they are a debt collection agency. There is very rude, arrogant and bi-polar woman named 'Kathy'...who refuses to listen and she says things like:"The law states you must pay this off in full""The law states you must get a personal loan to pay this off, no installments""The law states we must taket his money from you involuntary through your work"

Message was blank on voice mail at work. BUT it did come up on caller id as PCR and phone number 585-492-8199.

It's a bill collector... They get paid to bug you or me... It is a pain in the****p that they don't leave a message but owell what ever they are trying to get, I bet they don't get it...

I get no less than 10 calls a day both at my college and at my cell number from this number. No message is left on the cell, but they ask for me at the school. Can they do that? have you removed from a class to discuss collections? I was under the impression that once told to stop or discontinue the calls to this number that they were to stop. Both my school and myself have asked this to STOP. It has not. They call from 8am Eastern time till 9pm.

Call from a woman from New York asking for my neighbors contact information. She said she was doing business with them and lost their contact info. I gave them no info. about me or my neighbor.
