It's not a scam..  It's a collect call from an inmate in Monroe County Jail.

I tried calling the number back and just got dead airI was in the county jail a few months ago though so thats kinda weird-it's prolly some freakshow trying to get a laugh...they're all freaks over in the county lockup

They phoned me and asked me if I accept the collect call from jail. I think its a scam, I don't know any criminals.

told me it was a collect call and that the service did not accept collect calls.
