I received this call also i only filled out the applications for pay day loans but never completed the application he has called my job and my cell phone ,, he gave another number to cal1 as well... 530-364-0014 and 585-902-4354 . The calls just wont stop.

Received a threateninig call from "Joseph" said he was from the Cheryl White law firm.  Threatened court and said settle the $300 debt or have my attorney call him.  ***ody answers when you call this number back-this is a SCAM!!  Don't give them any money.

Steve Brown, Austin White, And Charlie Brown have called me.  I researched my a**  off to find info befor I authorized the payment.  Found out they are a big a** scam. no one would answer the phone and is english a dead language.***

Hi ... I completly agree these creeps just called me and He wasnted my credit card info.. Please help i am nervuos about this and i have never had any issues with anything of this nature!

Please let me know what i should do. This has happened to my daughter...does he have her SS#?she never actually got a payday loan, but applied, so he must have everything.  he called me as a reference for her.

the FTC, you can also call Cashnetusa they are working on this as well since they are legitimate debt collectors. US attorney maybe. I am trying to figure it out myself since they are using my name to collect.

I am Cheryl David, a legitimate attorney in NYC, and I learned today this creep is using my name. It is a scam! We don't use collection agencies here.  Please report it if he calls.

im am reporting this this 585 902-4354 who claim to be a lawyers office- i NEVER received a letter from them but I did receive a call at my job!!!  they keep harassing me and my boss told me to stop getting these calls!!!

I got one too and he said his name is George Rogers????  I got the same call about a year ago...these are very threatening and scary clls - the tell me to have my "lawyer" call?  How do e get off this list???

I've gotten calls like this often.  Both at work, at home and on my cell.  I used to take out payday loans but have since paid them off and do not anymore but I believe my name is on some list.  The number is 585-902-4354 and it is always a foreign man with a very thick accent telling me to have myself or my attorney call him at once, and that a matter is unfolding.  then he tells me if I don't call all he can do is wish me good luck.  this is a scam - don't ever call them back!
