Calls then nothing

Keeps calling time after time

Keeps calling and I blocked it the first two times, but I kept getting calls back to back and the 4th call they left a voice mail and I checked it and I heard kids in the background. I blocked it after that.

Called back to back several times. Left voice mails with nothing but background noise.

Calls 8 to 10 times. Should be prosecuted.

Calls 6 times in a row. No messages

Nonstop back to back calls

They called and left a message that was all background noise, no actual message was left.

Number left a message 14 sec long and didn't say a word!

Call my phone FIVE times in one day on 03/27/17. Caller ID showed up as the caller being from Hattiesburg, Mississippi. After each call, no voicemail was left. On the final call I answered and only got heavy breathing and a lot of background noise. I blocked the number afterwards.
