i keep recieving calls from this number .. it is annoying

This number calls me repeatedly. It is a scam about people making money from home. I've told them to remove my number from their lists but they refuse unless I give them more information. This company needs to be shut down.

Phonce caller keeps calling me everyday just to **** up.  Caller is male.  He sighs a lot and has a breathing problem.I have tried blocking this number but he keeps c****ing his number to keep calling me.  I have blocked his number a***n, but he c****es his number a***n.  Each number he has comes from the 602 area code which is in the area of P***nix. Police have been called.  This caller persists to harass with annoying calls even though I have said on the phone that I have traced the calls and that police is monitoring the calls.  Still, he keeps calling.  This is not a caller-bot that is stuck in calling-mode.  It has a human behind the phone call when it calls me.  Even callerobots need to be programed by a human to call, then **** for one minute then **** up.  Sometimes call-bots have a recording programmed into it.This has no recording nor any clicks like it's trying to s**** one.  This one has a human calling who needs to be dialing my number then holding onto the phone for a long while of 2 minutes sometimes, then he ****s up.  It is a male human. He puts too much effort into calling people to annoy them. He doesn't get paid to do this and wastes his employers time who is actually monitoring this activity by wat****g the number being called everyday at the same time.  This is why police is investigating.  The call happens at the same time and is dialed by a human.
