Recently I have received several faxes comprised of private, sensitive medical and identifying, patient information. Way too much personal and identifying information to be faxed about to unconfirmed phone numbers! It is only a matter of time until an unsuspecting patient becomes another iden***y theft victim.I believe that since this info. Is being faxed to my house, it's misdirected elsewhere as well.W***ver owns this service/number should carry huge liability insurance.
