This person called and said my husband took out a payday loan for Advance Pay Plus.. they said that Sherman Freeman and Laura Logan had a case a***nst him for $2500.  I would have to pay $300 today to get them to stop the action. I gave them part of my card number and then I realized this might be a scam so at this time they cannot use my card. They said I need to make arrangements to the courts to stop the lawsuit. I contacted the payday company but haven't heard anything from them yet. They left a number for me to call to give them the rest of my information. The number is 1-877-258-1188.
