No message...called back out of service, is there a way to block these calls

mortgage scammers

recording telling me I'm eligible for some refi plan. I don't have a mortgage and I am on the national do not call list. I update it every 6 months .. doesn't do any good.

This is robocalls for ***ndywine Professional Services LLC out of PA. www.***ndywinepro.com. The main sales rep. is Terry Anderson. Sue them for TCPA violations and get $1,500 per call in small claims court. Prerecorded messages to cell phones and residential landlines are illegal TCPA 227(b). Also, if you are on the national DNC list, and they've called you twice, then they violated TCPA 227(c) for the DNC list. Also their Caller I.D. is s****ed and it leads to a disconnected number that also violates TCPA 227(c) and CFR 64.1200. Sue them. Easy money. Sue their a**. (215) 695-5485 or 877-839-4434. I am on a no call list and I still keep getting these calls. I would like to turn them in but don't feel I should have to pay to get the name of the company/person calling me. They don't leave messages either.
