The number is HCI. Filthy sneaks. ***** filthy violators of the FDCPAct a**** others. When they call, demand they identify themselves and their purpose for calling. If they refuse, just **** up. They will push ahead to "confirm" your name and address. Just insist without disclosures of any kind that this filthy company of ravenous wolves I'd's themself and why they call. Then inform them under FDCPA that they are not to call a***n. Send letter confirming. Then count violations therteafter and log carefully w/ caller Id. Then sue them in fed court.

Thiis wicked person does not identify him or herself. It calls anonymously via ma****e, demanding if it is Thr right number press 1 if not press 2.  I ***g up. I will not take calls ofvthat sort.

This number calls and when I answer there is no one there. It's annoying ant they are stealing my cellular minutes. It is harassment.
